Promotion of a Headmaster.

1. There is no promotions for the government primary school's teacher. In the promotions of a assistant teacher may be a headmaster by counting his/her service period. There is no other qualifications to be a headmaster. Is this way only the degignation changed but their salary structure remain unchanged. They have not to give any examination to be a head master. Entry level qualifications for the assistant teacher---A)for the female candidates---minimum qualification is secondary school certificate. B)for the male candidates---minimum qualification is graduates.

  I pray to our uper authority to give them their salary structure according to their qualifications, qualities, quantites and above all their experiences. In addition those who have already become headmaster to give them  the scale of a headmaster by taking a internal examination.
2. There is no promotions for the headmaster as well as the assistant teacher. In the previous blog (Nazrul Islam) I have stated about it. Minimum qualification to be a headmaster is masters mastee. He/she does not get any promotions in his or her whole life.
  I pray to our uper authority to give them promotions by taking a internal examination. Our present government has declared the headmasters as a second class officer but not give them the salary structure as a second class officers. Their salary structure remain unchanged. I pray our uper authority to give them the salary structure of a second class officer. Though in our national pay scale 2015 declared invalid the class system of our government service holder.
